Un juzgado federal de Estados Unidos ha fallado a favor de la empresa Activision tras ser denunciada por AM General, el fabricante del vehículo de combate Humvee. AM denunció el uso sin licencia de imágenes de su vehículo en la popular saga de videojuegos y pedía compensaciones, sin embargo el juzgado ha fallado que la primera enmienda protege a Activision indicando que es imposible hacer un juego de combate de visión realista sin mostrar la imagen de armas reales usadas en los campos de batalla actuales.
